The first edition of the “Libya Clean” Exhibition for Environment and Cleaning Services kicked off this evening, Monday, December 11, 2023, at the Tripoli International Fair. The event was attended by the Minister of Environment, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Arabi; the Mayor of Central Tripoli Municipality, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Khalifi; the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Mr. Nouri Qutati; the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing and Reconstruction, Mr. Abdul Mawla Athouma; the Chairman of the National Council for Economic and Social Development, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Futaisi; the Director-General of the General Department of Environmental Sanitation Affairs at the Ministry of Local Government, Engineer Ibrahim Dakheel; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Exhibitions, Engineer Essam Al-Aoul; the Director-General of the Tripoli International Fair, Mr. Islam Jaafar; Dr. Taghreed Shanib, representing the Ministry of Health; and a number of business owners.
The attendees were welcomed with a speech by the Director-General of Alnakhla Almodiaa Company, the organizer of the exhibition, Mr. Mohammed Al-Ashhab. The exhibition, in its first edition, features the participation of more than 50 companies in various environmental and cleaning fields.
The exhibition activities will continue until Thursday, organized by Alnakhla Almodiaa Company, with sponsorship from the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, Tripoli Public Services Company, and Misrata General Cleaning Services Company.
